LANDLITE FC28T5 T8→T5 adapter – 1×28 W T5, replaces T8 36 W

With the LANDLITE FC28T5 adapter a 1 × 28 W T5 tube can be used in conventional (magnetic ballast) T8 36 W luminaires. The built-in electronics give 30–40% lower energy consumption and about 10% more, better-quality light than a conventional T8 36 W tube.

• Tube: 1 × T5 28 W, 1200 mm (not included)
• Replaces: T8 36 W tube with conventional ballast
• Works only with conventional (magnetic) T8 ballasts – not compatible with electronic ballasts
• For single-ballast (type A wiring) luminaires only

Installation: 1. Switch off the mains supply. 2. Remove the T8 tube. 3. Remove the starter. 4. Remove the power-factor capacitor, if fitted. 5. Fit the adapter with the T5 tube using the original mounting. 6. Check operation.
